What Rewrite Your Story Is All About

Rewrite Your Story is a registered charity (No. 1181494) dedicated to supporting mental health at every stage of life, from childhood to adulthood. Founded in 2017, they grew from a clinical study into a full-fledged charitable organisation focused on personalised, early-intervention support and wellbeing services.

Their belief is simple, with the right support, anyone with a mental health need can live the life they want to live. Whether it’s therapy for anxiety, support groups for families, workplace wellbeing coaching, or awareness and training sessions, Rewrite Your Story offers tailored help that meets people where they are.

Who They Help

Their services span a huge spectrum of people who may be struggling, including:
